How we work

Each stage has a purpose.
Each handover has a check.

Keep the work understandable from the first conversation: what is needed, who owns it and how completion will be checked.

01

Understand the need

Listen to the problem and review the existing work and available evidence. Identify decision-makers, the people using the result and what remains unknown.

Output: a needs summary and specific open questions.

02

Define the scope

Turn the need into deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance checks. Clarify content, access and third-party dependencies.

Output: a clear proposal and agreed scope.

03

Design and deliver

Work in reviewable stages. Gather feedback at defined points and record changes that affect scope or timing.

Output: work that can be inspected and feedback that can be tracked.

04

Test and hand over

Check the agreed behavior, explain open issues and transfer what is needed to operate the result and identify the next owner.

Output: acceptance, handover and operating knowledge.
